These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and titi4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://titi4d.click and all associated services, features, games, and functionality offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the titi4d platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.   Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any subsequent time. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to register a new account must contact support immediately to honour their exclusion commitment.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You agree to notify titi4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach. titi4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

titi4d may, at its absolute discretion, require additional identity verification at any point — including, but not limited to, prior to processing withdrawals, during routine compliance audits, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Required documentation typically includes:

• A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back — or Passport data page
• Proof of residential address — utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding 3 months
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet account)

Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

All deposits to titi4d are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players:

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR to the payment method associated with your account. Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment instrument registered in your name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Indicative processing times by method are as follows:

titi4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is required, the withdrawal timeline commences from the point of successful document approval, not from the initial withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be subject to change.

titi4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on each promotion. A 15x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM1,500 in eligible wagers.

  Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds remain active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is typically RM50, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All games and betting markets offered on titi4d are governed by the specific rules of each game type, as published within the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game's conduct.

titi4d operates with random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent third-party testing agencies for all non-live-dealer casino games. Live dealer games are operated through licensed studio providers and are governed by real-time dealing procedures under recorded conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption during gameplay, titi4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding wager amounts to the Player's balance. Under no circumstances will technical errors be used as grounds to withhold legitimate winnings confirmed prior to the malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the titi4d platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

titi4d reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of the above prohibitions. Upon confirmation of a breach, titi4d may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and where required by law, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All content on the titi4d platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to titi4d and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of titi4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, titi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Any delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or Malaysian banking systems;
• Loss of data, gambling losses, or missed opportunities resulting from your use of or reliance on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit titi4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

titi4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools and measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
